!! Online Safari Booking Process in Manas !!

Step 1: Open the website

You can make a safari booking for this park from the website manassafari.in. On the website, you can read a lot of information about the park, like its history, zones, entry gates, wildlife sightings, attractions, activities, and many more. Just read that information before making the booking, so that you won’t feel confused while making the booking of your thrilling safari ride.

Step 2:

Next, go to the Safari Booking section of the website. This page can be clearly visible on the top menu. On the booking page, you’ll see a form asking for your basic details. Fill in the details such as:

• Safari Date: You first have to choose the date on which you wanna enjoy the thrilling safari ride.
• Safari Mode: Choose the safari that you want to book for exploring the park. You can either choose a Gypsy Safari or an elephant Safari
• Safari Zone: Select the zone according to your safari type. If you choose gypsy safari, then you can choose from the Bansbari or Bhuyanpara Zone. If you choose the elephant safari, then you can only do it in the Bhuyanpara zone.
• Preferred Time Slot: Choose either a morning safari or an afternoon safari if you are going on a gypsy. An elephant safari only happens in the early morning.
• Your Name: Enter your full name as per your government-issued ID.
• Mobile Number: A valid number where you can receive calls, updates, and confirmation messages.
• Email Address: Enter an active email where the confirmation and receipt will be sent.

After filling in this section, click on “Book now” to go to the next page.

Step 3:

Fill out the Second Form that will appear on the page. Once the next page opens, you’ll see a more detailed form asking for your personal and travel information. This is important because it helps forest authorities maintain security and proper records.

Step 4:

On that form, you have to first fill in the personal details of the main booking person (the one who is booking for the group). This will include already added details like name, number, and email, and you have to fill in other details like:

• Select your State: Use the dropdown list to choose your home state.
• Enter Full Address: Write your complete residential address (house no., street, city, district, pin code).
• Make sure this information is correct because it will be used in the permit record.

Step 5:

Then fill in the details of all safari passengers. This part is very important as it covers the ID details of passengers. You need to provide the details of all passengers one by one. The details that you need you fill in are:

• Full Name (as mentioned on their ID proof)
• Age
• Gender (Male/Female/Other)
• Nationality (Indian or Foreigner)
• State (the state they are from)
• ID - Select from Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or PAN Card
• ID Number - Carefully enter the correct ID number from the selected ID

Fill in these details carefully for all group members, including yourself (if you’re going to be one of the passengers). Make sure the ID numbers are correct and match the original ID card that you have to show in person at the entry gate. If your ID does not match the details, then the safari can be cancelled on the spot.

Step 6:

After entering all the details, just check them one more time to be sure that they are correct. Read the declaration and terms and conditions, etc. After reading all the essentials, tick the checkbox that says something like “I agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy.” Without checking the box, your booking will not move further.

Step 7:

You will be able to see the total payable amount on the screen. This amount depends on:

• The number of people going on the safari
• The type of safari you have selected (Gypsy or Elephant)
• The safari zone and time slot
• Vehicle and guide fees

Make sure to review this final amount before moving on to the payment step.

Step 8:

Click on “Make Payment,” and you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway. Use any payment method like debit card, credit card, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), or net banking to complete the transaction. After successful payment, the booking process is complete. Your Permit will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
